Traveler Caddy-White Peony No. 11

An organic white tea, consisting of both leaves and buds, this delightful brew offers notes of leather and hay that simply abound. Yielding a golden, honey liquor, this tea opens with distinction for a long, pleasant finish. 

Origin: Fujian Province, China 2018

Brewing Instructions:

• 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water 
• 175ºF/80ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 3 minutes, and proceed.) 
• Brew 4-6 minutes 
• Good for 2 infusions
